Common Questions 

What is B’s Lunch box? B’s Lunch box is a service that provides freshly packed meals for kids. All you have to do is pull it out of your refrigerator and place it in their lunchbox. Some of the meals can be eaten as is and others taste a little better warmed up. Each meal is made with a child’s picky eating habit in mind. 

Do you offer some customization due to allergies? Yes, we absolutely do. We can customize some of the meals to be gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian or vegan. Please send us an inquiry on which meal you would like customized and we will respond as quickly as we can with an answer and if there will be an additional fee.

Where do you deliver? We deliver within the Peninsula and San Francisco area. If you have questions about this please send us a message under the "Contact Us" page.

When do you deliver the meals? At the moment we only deliver the meals on Sunday afternoons & evenings. 

When is the latest time that I can place an order? The cut-off time for an order is Saturday at 5pm (to be delivered the next day, Sunday). If an order is placed after this time then meals will be delivered the following week. 

Can the meals be frozen? The meals should be placed in the refrigerator and enjoyed that week. We do not recommend that the meals be stored in the freezer. 

Do you offer refunds? We do not offer refunds unless we did something wrong. It is rare that a meal is made incorrectly but errors happen (we are all human). If we mess up we will absolutely refund your lunch order. We will not provide a refund for any other reason.
